This service is for adults that have come to seek support on a particular aspect of their life that they would like to improve upon. This can range from difficulties in relationships, career decisions and challenges, depression, anxiety, and overall life transitions.

Child & Family Therapy

We know the value that relationships have on cultivating a sense of belonging, resiliency, and positive health outcomes. At TheraTree we like to implement a team approach, comprising a parent therapist and a child therapist, for treating childhood mental health/behavioral difficulties. By working with the child and the family unit, we strive to empower each member of the family with the essential coping skills for working through presenting challenges. We know that caregivers are essential and influential change agents in the therapeutic process and believe that family participation is ultimately the recipe for sustainable progress. We aspire to provide a safe and nurturing environment that allows for healing in your home.

Whether it is parent-child relationship or an intimate relationship, when conflict arises and you are struggling to manage, we are here to help. In addition to developing communication and regulation skills, we aim to help clients develop further understanding of themselves and how to overcome roadblocks in their relationships.
