  • A neuroaffirming approach to psychological testing recognizes neurological differences (such as ADHD, autism, and learning differences) as natural variations rather than deficits. This approach prioritizes strengths-based assessment, reduces bias, and adapts testing methods to meet the individual’s sensory, communication, and processing needs. The goal is to provide accurate, respectful evaluations that support self-understanding and practical recommendations rather than pathologizing difference.
